WELCOME TO THE OFFICIAL PLANTATION BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS' WEBSITE

We would like to welcome you to the official Homeowners Associations' website for the Plantation Bay Golf & Country Club community.  Plantation Bay is conveniently located just north of Ormond Beach, Florida and is easily accessible to I-95, the I-4 corridor and Daytona Beach International Airport.  We are within minutes of the beach and a short driving distance to state and county parks and numerous recreational and cultural activities.

Here on property we feature three golf courses (45 holes), a state of the art fitness center, and two clubhouses which are all available with several membership options.  In addition, Plantation Bay has two community parks and miles of paths for your enjoyment.  Walking, jogging and bicycling are favorite activities here.  We are also a golf cart community and residents may own their own golf carts which may be used by members on the golf course or by residents visiting friends and attending activities in the community.

Plantation Bay is governed by two homeowners’ associations, the Plantation Bay Community Association and the Westlake at Plantation Bay Property Owners’ Association.  These associations govern specific sections of the community.
